On 27 January 2022, Selwyn Yu SC’s Chambers, Haldanes Solicitors & Notaries and Advocacy and Mooting Society of the University of Hong Kong jointly hosted a webinar on the offence of Misconduct in Public Office (“MIPO”), which aimed to provide attendees with information on the law and practical tips regarding the topic.
