Biography


Oscar joined Chambers in 2023 after serving pupillage with Mr Selwyn Yu SC, Mr Simon Wong, Mr Jeffrey Tam, Mr Jeffrey Li and Mr Richard Yip. 


Oscar is currently developing a broad civil and criminal practice, with a focus on commercial litigations, family/matrimonial matters, covering  matrimonial finance, children arrangement, third party proceedings regarding interest in matrimonial property, committal proceedings; personal injuries/ employees' compensation, as well as public law and judicial review. Oscar accepts instructions in all areas aligned with Chambers’ specialisms.


Prior to commencing pupillage, Oscar undertook a 6-month posting at one of the largest real estate development conglomerates in Hong Kong. During the posting, Oscar had assisted in the work of business development, social innovation and community engagement. The experience acquired allows Oscar to add genuine value and commercial acumen to his legal practice.


Oscar is capable of conducting cases in both Chinese and English, as well as drafting legal documents in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese. Oscar is also a fluent speaker of Putonghua.
