Vivian completed her pupillage with Mr. Selwyn Yu S.C., Ms. Anita Yip S.C., Mr. Valentine Yim and Mr. Jacky Jim. She was a Marshall to the Honourable Madam Justice Carlye Chu, Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal. Before commencing PCLL, she worked as Legal Clerk in the Civil Division, Civil Litigation Unit (Planning, Environment, Lands & Housing) in 2011.


Vivian maintains a broad mixed practice. She engages in general civil litigations focusing in advisory and litigation in matrimonial matters, land disputes and personal injuries matters. Apart from being an advocate in court, she advises and assists matrimonial clients in negotiation and settlement process. She has also conducted criminal trials for the prosecution and the defence in magistracy level. Vivian has appeared in Magistracy, Lands Tribunal, District Court, Court of First Instance and Court of Appeal as of right or as a led junior.


Vivian has also been instructed for applications under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance (Cap. 136), appeals before Revising Officer under the Rural Representative Election (Registration of Electors) and Election Petition regarding Rural Representative under Rural Representative Election Ordinance (Cap. 576) and the relevant sub-legislations.
